Important

Iris is not medical advice. Medication decisions belong with your licensed clinician.

Acceptance

By accessing the Iris Tracker website or using the Iris Tracker app from Iris Tracker LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Iris.

What Iris is

Iris is personal software for GLP-1 tracking and visit preparation. It can help you record doses, symptoms, notes, weight, daily signals, reminders, widgets, Apple Health imports, appointments, and questions you want to discuss with a clinician.

Medical boundary

Iris is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dose verification, dose adjustment, medication sourcing, emergency monitoring, or clinician-grade measurement.

  • Always consult a licensed clinician for medication, dose, timing, symptom, and treatment decisions.
  • Do not delay emergency care because of anything in Iris.
  • Call emergency services or seek urgent care for emergency symptoms.
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the way you interpret your records, and any exports or summaries you share. Iris records may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on user-entered information.

Educational information

Iris may present educational or approximate information about medication rhythm or estimated medication levels when available. That information is not dose advice, dose verification, treatment guidance, or a substitute for professional care.

Permitted use

You may use Iris for personal tracking and visit preparation. You agree not to:

  • Use Iris to provide medical services or clinical decisions to another person.
  • Use Iris to prescribe, source, sell, or promote medications.
  • Misrepresent Iris output as clinician-reviewed or medically verified unless a licensed clinician has independently reviewed it.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the website, app, or related services.

Iris+ subscriptions

Iris may offer optional paid features through Iris+. Iris+ subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

  • Subscription pricing, renewal period, trial availability, and included features will be shown before purchase.
  • Unless the App Store purchase screen states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
  • Iris+ access may end if a subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, fails renewal, or is otherwise no longer active.

Buying Iris+ does not create a medical relationship, medical monitoring service, emergency service, prescription service, pharmacy service, medication-sourcing service, or dose-advice service.

Beta access, accounts, and availability

Iris may offer beta access, account-style features, subscriptions, or other services over time. Features may change, be limited, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Iris may also change which features are included in the free app or in Iris+.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Iris, you also agree to the applicable privacy terms.

Disclaimers

Important disclaimer. Iris is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that Iris will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically complete, or suitable for any specific health outcome.

Limitation of liability

Important liability limit. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Iris Tracker LLC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on user-entered records or app summaries.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to Iris if use violates these Terms, creates risk, or if Iris is discontinued. You may stop using Iris at any time. Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that should reasonably continue after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws require another law to apply.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect, and the unenforceable part will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any App Store purchase terms that apply to Iris+, are the entire agreement between you and Iris Tracker LLC about Iris.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. Iris Tracker LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or as otherwise allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Iris changes. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
